Fun Things to Do

You’ll be able to have a great time enjoying the many different facets of The Woodlands. There are many places to choose from if you’re looking for fun out on the town. With plenty of shops, cafes and green spaces you will have many opportunities for fun. Below are just a few suggestions of things you have to try while visiting. Enjoy.

Dine & Ride – Just the Ticket
The Woodlands Mall has several fantastic restaurants positioned at the end of The Woodlands Waterway. We suggest having a delicious bite and then take a relaxing ride on a water taxi. Let the body rest after its indulgence as you relax and enjoy a boat tour along the 1.4-mile long The Woodlands Waterway.

Make it a round trip, or if you over indulged and your guilt is killing you, deboard at Town Green Park and stroll back along the lighted path that follows The Woodlands Waterway.

Wine & Chocolate – Just Divine
Crú is the premier wine bar in The Woodlands. Conceived as an exciting urban destination to experience and explore the fascinating world of wine, with over 300 wine selections and 40 premium wines offered by the glass, as well as taster pairings and wine flights. Wine selections are well chosen and moderately priced.

Crú features wine flight groupings of three wines in ever-changing combinations. We suggest as a late evening treat a wine flight of your favorite combination paired with one of their delectable desserts like the creamy chocolate fondue.

Dig & Spin – Just For Kids
A terrible lizard has taken up residence in The Woodlands Mall, along with 14 other prehistoric beasts and a multitude of science exhibits at The Woodlands Xploration Station, the Houston Museum of Natural Science’s new satellite educational facility.

With a new “dig-pit”, children can discover dinosaur bones and meet a full-sized Tyrannosaurus rex. Then take a lunch break upstairs in the food court at The Woodlands Mall and take a spin on the full-sized carousel, one of the original draws to the mall.
