The South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce’s 24th Annual Taste of the Town will be held Thursday, January 28, from 4:00-9:00 p.m. at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. It is the premier event of the South Montgomery County business community. Your ticket includes food, beverages and festivities. Enjoy mouth-watering appetizers, entrées, desserts, pastries, and beverages from some of the area’s finest restaurants, caterers, bakeries, delis and beverage companies.

Don’t miss the chance to vote for your favorite restaurant to win the People’s Choice Award! The 2009 People’s Choice Winner was Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille.

You can also find that one-of-a-kind item at the popular Silent Auction. How about a chocolate lover’s basket or a Lasik eye procedure? You’re sure to find something you can’t go home without.

Courtesy of The Texas Department of Agriculture, you can see and sample Texas grown and manufactured seasonings, salsas, and other food delights. GO TEXAN items will also be available for purchase during the event.

Don’t forget to make your investment in raffle tickets for a chance to win a fabulous trip to Sedona, Arizona, a Market Street package or a weekend stay at La Torretta del Lago. Raffle tickets are $5 each and are available at The Chamber, at Fox Travel / American Express (located at 25701 IH-45 North, Ste. 3-A, Spring) or at the event. The winner will be drawn at Taste of the Town and you do not need to be present to win.
