Privacy Policy Information About CVB Email Address Collection: All email addresses collected through the CVB web site(s) are collected through a secure system from the Topica Corporation. This system is a protected database with security backup features in place. Topica Inc. is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. The system CVB uses to collect and store email addresses is audited by this organization to ensure compliance with government and industry guidelines concerning the use of your personal information. We never share your email address information (or other personal information) with any group outside of CVB. The enewsletters that are sent out each month are sent via a system that does not allow any of the email list addressees the ability to view or access any other email address, but their own. When you sign up for our email list, your email address is stored in a database of pending recipients. A verification email is automatically sent to the email addressee for inclusion verification. When a visitor verifies their inclusion in the CVB email list, their email address is then moved to our live email list database to receive future enewsletters.
