The South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce is very excited about this year’s Home, Health & Business Expo--“GO GREEN, GET FIT, STAY HEALTHY & SHOP SMART”--because it feels it’s a great opportunity to showcase a large variety of Chamber member businesses to everyone.
Open to the public this year, the event will be Saturday, April 25. The team has made sure there will be something for the young-- and the young at heart.
There will be live entertainment on the entertainment stage, featuring Class Act Productions, North Harris Performing Arts, Woodlands Jazzercise, The Seldom Herd, Brain + Body, and many more.
There will be product demonstrations in the interactive clinics, featuring many “green products” you will want to know about. There will also be fitness demonstrations, products demos from area merchants, and autograph signing by Mrs. Woodlands/Mrs. Texas Bonnie Hubert and Mrs. Montgomery County 2009 Misti Jeter.
There will be free health screenings and information from healthcare professionals in the health booths. Each booth will have fun “give-aways” and there will be lots of door prizes…including airline tickets.
The Woodlands Fire Department will provide a fire truck and firemen who will have fire hats for the kids and valuable information for the adults.
