THE WOODLANDS, TX (January 16, 2008) – Market Street – The Woodlands has named Doug Pfaff as Operations Manager of the 34-acre mixed use office, shopping and entertainment destination.
As Operations Manager, Pfaff’s responsibilities include the management and function of all mechanical, electrical and maintenance equipment at Market Street. In addition to being the point person for onsite security and general contractors, Pfaff’s responsibilities will include maintaining the physical appearance of the property.
Relocating from Jamestown, North Dakota, Pfaff is a Cum Laude graduate from Valley City State University. His background includes facilities management for a school district and city services.

Located across the street from The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, Market Street is bound by Lake Woodlands Drive, Lake Robbins Drive, Grogan’s Mill Road and Six Pines Drive. Market Street is owned by a joint venture between an affiliate of Trademark Property Company and Institutional Mall Investors.
