Music in the Park, Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides, Great Dining Options
Highlight Weekend of Romance
Market Street – The Woodlands is giving romance-goers the opportunity to celebrate Valentine’s Day over two days, February 13 and 14, with live music, horse-drawn carriage rides and a host of romantic dining spots from which to choose.
This year, don’t wait until the 14th to celebrate. Instead, start your Valentine’s Day early in Market Street’s Central Park with “Music in the Park” on Friday, February 13 from 6 - 8 pm when soft tunes from the Cloris Grimes Duo fill air. A second night of “Music in the Park” will take place Saturday, February 14 from 6 - 8 pm featuring the authentic, Mediterranean sounds of the Moodafaruka Trio.
Enjoy the live music or turn your evening into a true fairy tale with a horse-drawn carriage ride for two around Market Street, courtesy of Platinum Horse & Carriage. Carriage rides will operate in front of Market Street’s Cinemark on February 13 and 14 from 6 - 9 pm. Carriage rides are $15 per couple. No reservation is required.
Besides live music and horse-drawn carriage rides, Market Street presents a variety of dining and entertainment spots ideal for Valentine’s Day, from the award-winning cuisine of Jasper’s and the tropical, island fare at Tommy Bahama’s Tropical Café to the selection of decadent desserts at Truffles Chocolate Lounge and the impressive array of wines at Crú – A Wine Bar.
