THE WOODLANDS, TX – (June 10, 2009) – Thousands of people visited the new neighborhood of May Valley in The Woodlands during the May Valley Tour of Homes May 8-10 and 15-17. In addition to a free tour of nine model homes, guests had the chance to register to win nine valuable prizes including six family four-packs of tickets to five Houston Astros baseball games, two season passes to the 13 community pools in The Woodlands, and a weekend getaway at The Woodlands Resort.

In addition to the prize drawing, the builders in May Valley are offering valuable incentives and TWDC is offering the buyer’s choice of either a free initiation fee for Canongate Golf Clubs or a free one-year family membership to the South Montgomery County YMCA. Homebuyers must purchase a new home in May Valley between May 8, 2009 and August 31, 2009 and close by October 31, 2009 to be eligible for these incentives.
