THE WOODLANDS, TX (May 1, 2009) – The new live music series at Waterway Square is playing all the way through May due to tremendous feedback from employees, visitors and residents of The Woodlands.
“Live at Lunch and Live at Five are back my popular demand,” said Nick Wolda, president of The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau. “Waterway Square is one of the most unique venues in all of Texas. The fountains, choreographed to music and lights, has become a great attraction for The Woodlands.”
The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau will be extending Live at Lunch every Tuesday through May 26, 2009. Live music from Ramon Torres will be at Waterway Square from 11am to 1pm. Which Wich (May 5), Americas (May 12), and Chick-fil-A (May 19 and 26) will provide food and beverages.
Live at Five will also continue at Waterway Square through Wednesday, May 27 and will feature live music from 5 different bands of various musical genres and food by Kirby’s (May 6 and 20), Hubbell & Hudson (May 13), and Americas (May 27). Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets every Wednesday from 5pm to 8pm.
Live at Lunch and Live at Five are FREE events and there will be food and beverages for purchase (cash only).
Sponsors include The Woodlands Development Company, Kirby’s Steakhouse, Americas, Which Wich, Hubbell & Hudson, and Chick-fil-A.
