The Woodlands, TX - The Houston-based fashion accessories retailer Charming Charlie has opened its doors at Market Street – The Woodlands.
Located under the recently opened AVIA Hotel, the Market Street retailer offers a wide selection of affordable accessories, handmade jewelry in sterling silver and semi-precious stones, shoes, clothing and gifts in an upscale, boutique-style shopping atmosphere.
“Charming Charlie’s unique concept has experienced huge success in its other Houston-area locations,” says Jill Liccioni, general manager of Market Street. “Though The Woodlands welcomed its first Charming Charlie in 2006, our 9,237 square foot Market Street location is visually more appealing and offers our stylish shoppers a broader selection of accessories and fashion items.”
In addition to the opening Charming Charlie, Market Street shoppers can experience the opening of All About Feet, a unique shoe store dedicated to promoting fashion forward comfortable shoes for men, women and children. A Certified Podiatrist is available to digitally scan your foot and recommend the perfect solution for your individual foot needs. All About Feet is located in the North Commons Building next to Sur La Table.
The opening of Charming Charlie and All About Feet follows the recent announcements of LMD Boutique, one of the fastest-growing women’s fashion retailers specializing in jewelry, apparel and other fine accessories and Langford Market, a trendy women’s boutique offering the latest in affordable women’s fashion, which will open its doors at Market Street in the coming months.
In the past year, Market Street has leased over 17,000 square feet of retail space while Class A office space stands at 95 percent leased.
