The Woodlands, TX - Dhukani Properties has purchased a 2.5-acre site at Harper’s Landing Blvd. and South Trade Center Pkwy. in The Woodlands’ neighborhood of Harper’s Landing for construction of a retail center, convenience store and service station, according to Greg Jordan, director of commercial sales for The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC).
The project is currently in design, according to Karim Dhukani, principal for Dhukani Properties. No timetable has been set for start of construction.
TWDC was represented by Todd N. Edmonds and Cody R. Christoph of Colliers International.
The Woodlands is a 28,000-acre master-planned community located 27 miles north of downtown Houston. It is a project of TWDC, a limited partnership of Morgan Stanley and General Growth Properties, Inc.
