The Woodlands, TX - Chesmar Homes has purchased a 6-acre site on Ashlane Way in The Woodlands’ Village of Sterling Ridge for construction of 52 town homes, according to Buck Driggers, vice president of residential sales and development for The Woodlands Development Company.

To be called Cheswood Manor, the neighborhood is conveniently located near the Sterling Ridge Park and Ride, Branch Crossing YMCA, the George & Cynthia Mitchell Library, Conroe ISD schools, and shopping at Sterling Ridge Village Center and Indian Springs Village Center. The town homes will be priced from the $150’s. The neighborhood should be completed later this year.
Designed in the Craftsman architectural style, the two-story town homes will feature 1,800 – 1,950 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, 2 ½ or 3 bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings on the main floor and covered patios or balconies depending on the floor plan.
