Bestselling Author, Storyteller Nicholas Sparks
Featured at 6th Annual Signatures Luncheon
The John Cooper School, a PK-12 independent school in The Woodlands, is pleased to announce that one of America's superstar novelists, Nicholas Sparks, who has over 40 million copies of his books in print, will be the featured author at the 6th Annual Signatures Author Series on Friday, November 12. A gifted storyteller, Sparks is a #1 New York Times bestselling author and several of his books, such as A Walk to Remember, The Notebook and Dear John, have been translated into 35 languages around the world. Three blockbuster movies based on his books have grossed millions and earlier this year, Dear John and The Last Song, starring Miley Cyrus, were also released as major motion pictures.
The annual luncheon will be held at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and will also feature local writers, book signings and a silent auction of a chair signed by Sparks. A portion of the proceeds will go to a local literacy organization. The continued success of this event is made possible by sponsorships at varying levels, ranging from $100 for individual seats to table sponsorships at $7,500, $5,000, $3,000 and $1,500 levels.
