During the month of January, Williams-Sonoma at The Woodlands Mall will host a series of complimentary Technique Classes that focus on Fresh and Fast cooking. Attendees will enjoy demonstrations of the techniques and receive recipes to create the dishes at home.
The January classes, held in the demonstration kitchen of the retailer, begin at 12:00 p.m. and include:
- Sunday, January 16 at 12:00 p.m. FRESH AND FAST – GRILLING. Learn how to enjoy the enticing flavors of grilled meats and vegetables. This class demonstrates how to cook steaks, kabobs and more on an indoor grill and attendees will receive copies of the quick-to-prepare recipes.
- Sunday, January 23 at 12:00 p.m. FRESH AND FAST – PASTA. This class features time-saving pasta recipes that incorporate fresh flavors and produce. The easy meals combine vegetables and meat into a single dish so cooks spend less time in the kitchen and more time with the family.
All Technique Classes, which last about one hour, are held in the demonstration kitchen at Williams-Sonoma. Technique Classes are free, but space is limited and reservations are required.
