Valero has purchased a 1.9-acre site at the southwest corner of Research Forest Drive and Six Pines Drive for construction of a 5,000-square-foot Valero Service Station, Corner Store, Taco Plus eatery and car wash, according to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company.
According to Craig Hilburn with Valero, the architectural design of the new service station complex will be unique to The Woodlands. The on-site eateries will feature soft tacos, kolaches, fresh-baked goods and sandwiches as well as the standard convenience store items. The service station is scheduled for completion later this year.
