The Woodlands, TX -
Newfield Exploration is relocating its corporate headquarters to 4 Waterway Square, a new 216,000 square-foot Class A office building in The Waterway Square District of The Woodlands Town Center, according to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC). The firm has leased 91,456 square feet in the new building.
"Newfield Explorations' corporate workforce involving approximately 150 employees will be relocating to the new building late this summer," said Steve Campbell, vice president of investor relations for Newfield Exploration. "The relocation is due to growth in our employee workforce in Houston. The Woodlands is a central location for the vast majority of our employees and provides a great setting for Newfield's headquarters. Our business units that include Onshore Gulf Coast and Gulf of Mexico & International will remain at the present Newfield Greenspoint location with nearly 200 employees."
