Russell Davis named Public Facilities Manager for TCID

Mr. Russell Davis has been named Public Facilities Manager for Town Center Improvement District (TCID) in The Woodlands.

As a long-time South Montgomery County resident, Mr. Davis is no stranger to The Woodlands Town Center. He joins TCID after working for PM Realty Group and previously he worked for several years as a building engineer for The Woodlands Development Company. Mr. Davis holds numerous utility certifications in electrical and mechanical applications.

As the first Public Facilities Manager for The Woodlands Town Center, Mr. Davis is responsible for maintaining the beauty and appeal of Town Center’s attractions. He will assist in the development, implementation and supervision of operations and maintenance programs for Town Center venues such as The Woodlands Waterway, Town Green Park, Waterway Square, Town Center Garage, as well as other future projects. Mr. Davis reports to TCID’s Vice President of Operations and Public Safety, Stephen P. Sumner, Sr. who says, “Russell is a significant addition to the TCID family.”
