Williams-Sonoma at The Woodlands Mall announces fall cooking schedule

Cooking classes featuring Jim Hill are on the menu when Williams-Sonoma presents its schedule for The Woodlands Mall.

The class schedule for August and September includes:

Monday, August 21 at 6:30 p.m.: Roasted lamb chops with a hoisin-orange glaze, sage butter orzo and apple tart.
Monday, August 28 at 6:30 p.m.: Texas crab cakes, balsamic romaine salad and tiramisu.
Monday, September 11 at 6:30 p.m.: Smoked chicken stuffed with poblano pepper and margarita pie.
Monday, September 25 at 6:30 p.m.: Coconut curried shrimp, Asian slaw and rum raisin ice cream sandwiches.

Classes are $40 per person, and advance reservations are required. For reservations, call 281.298.6915. Williams-Sonoma is located in The Courtyard Shops.
