HOME IN ON HOT NEW PRODUCTS AND COOL IDEAS
AT THE FALL HOME & GARDEN SHOW AT THE WOODLANDS

The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center
Saturday and Sunday, September 17-18, 2005

KitchenAid's new Architect Series is just one of the many new product lines featured at the Fall Home & Garden Show at The Woodlands, Saturday and Sunday, September 17-18, at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center.

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS - With over 200 exhibitors at the Fall Home &
Garden Show at The Woodlands, there will be no shortage of new products and
fresh ideas when the show kicks off on Saturday, September 17 and
continues through Sunday, the 18th. The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel
and Convention Center is host to this popular show with its treasure
trove of new goodies for the home. New home technology abounds at every
turn: from the latest, sleekest appliances for the kitchen and the most
up-to-the-minute offerings in home automation to the most creative
outdoor living spaces.

Residents of the Suburban North Houston areas, including Kingwood,
Champions, Cypress, The Woodlands, and other fast-growing areas of
Montgomery County, flock to the area's only home and garden show, which has
become a favorite of those who are in the remodeling mode and those who
are exploring the new construction scene.

There's something here for everyone!

The appliance experts at Ferguson Enterprises are presenting the new
KitchenAid Architect Series. This new, sleek line is gorgeous! But don't
think that these aesthetically pleasing products are just another
pretty face. The hard working line of compactors, refrigerators, cooktops,
ovens and warming drawers is just what's needed to welcome you home
after a long day at the office. Head straight to your oh-so-cool new
KitchenAid wine cellar and pour a glass of Chardonnay to sip while preparing
dinner. An evening worth coming home to!

Builders Plus Countertops/Silestone introduces Silestone's brand new
leather finish countertops with Microban. Silestone, known for their
beautiful scratch-and-stain-resistant natural quartz stone countertops, has
added another dimension to their popular product: a matte finish,
bringing added richness and luxury to their already stunning kitchen
surfaces. In addition, Silestone has added Microban, an antimicrobial
protection that keeps countertops cleaner between cleanings. This new
technology continuously inhibits the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria
on the surface of the countertop. It's all about bringing more beauty
plus peace of mind to the kitchen experience!

Innovative Skylights sheds new light on skylights. Introducing the
revolutionary new technology called electrochromic glass, their Velux
skylights are electronically tintable and allow for full control of the
amount of light and heat that enters a room. As an electric current passes
through the glass, it darkens. Reverse the current and the glass
lightens again. This product is a must see! The energy savings benefits make
it even more attractive!

Come on in, the water's great! Talk to the experienced folks at Milton
Frank Plumbing about the Grundfos Comfort System, a hot water
recirculating system that retrofits to any existing home. The company also
offers tankless water heaters that provide all the hot water you need, when
you need it. Never wait for hot water again! That bulky tank is
replaced with a specially engineered coil, available in gas or electric, that
heats water up at the point of use. Step over to their booth and into
your future!

Stop by Natural Granite LLC's booth and see the exotic new Sucuri
granite from an extraordinary and hard-to-access quarry in Brazil. This
gorgeous stone, with its serpentine veins of tan, cream and black is named
after the snake that lives in the quarry where it is mined. Rare and
exotic, it is a product that is in limited supply and one that is not
often carried. Where should you use it? In the kitchen, in the bath -
anywhere you want to add a touch of refined elegance.

You will fall in love with the beautiful custom flagstone and stucco
fireplace that anchors Thompson Landscape's Outdoor Living exhibit. The
New Orleans style fountain, a waterfall made of Texas moss rock, and
perennial color in full bloom bring southern charm and western spirit
together in this delightful garden area. This backyard getaway's travertine
flooring with stucco and flagstone knee walls complete the serene space
to sip your morning coffee, entertain guests, or just sit and relax.

Need help with your project? This year's show features an excellent
lineup of experts to help with every phase of remodeling and homebuilding.

Lee Snijders, host and designer of HGTV's popular "Design on a Dime"
show will present three seminars on Saturday. Snijders talks about how to
make your space reflect your own personality and lifestyle by "breaking
the rules of design." Stick around after the seminars for his autograph
and personal design advice.

Local celebrities Randy Lemmon, host of "GardenLine" and Michael
Garfield, "The High-Tech Texan," will broadcast their KPRC 950 AM radio shows
from the exhibit hall on Saturday; and they will both present seminars
during the day. Other experts on hand include kitchen designer
extraordinaire Peggy McGowen; local popular decorator Joni Porter; and Brenda
Beust Smith, Houston Chronicle's "The Lazy Gardener" columnist.
