The Woodlands Mall Presents Preventative Medicine and Wellness Speaker on Saturday, September 10

THE WOODLANDS, Texas. August 29, 2005 – At 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, The Woodlands Mall and Sadler Clinic continue the Partnership for Health Series with Wellness 101, a presentation by Dr. Peter Bigler, Family Medicine. The free presentation focuses on preventative medicine and wellness, including an overview of 20 important health measures that can be taken to prevent and/or detect disease.

Wellness 101, held in Future Court near JCPenney, will consist of a discussion of blood pressure, cholesterol measurement, cancer screenings, diabetes and thyroid screenings, vaccinations and lifestyle issues.

Dr. Bigler served as Chief Resident in the Conroe Family Practice Program and is board certified in Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
