LET THE BATTLE BEGIN…CHALLENGER KENT RATHBUN AND IRON CHEF FACE OFF IN A FRENETIC CULINARY BATTLE
Executive Chef and Owner of Jasper’s Competes on Food Network’s “Iron Chef America”

The ultimate culinary competition in the nation, Iron Chef America, has chosen Kent Rathbun, executive chef and owner of Jasper’s in The Woodlands, to take on an Iron Chef in order to determine who is victorious and who is vanquished!!  All fans are invited to watch and cheer as their local celebrity chef demonstrates his culinary skills during Jasper’s viewing party on Sunday, February 24.  Featuring complimentary hors d’oeuvres in the bar and special Belvedere Iron Chef-tini’s, this event is not to be missed.  But wait, there’s more…for the dedicated Iron Chef America fans, Chef Kent along with Randy Wooldridge of Quintessa and Steve Razskin of Silver Oak will host another watching party on Monday, February 25 followed by a six course wine dinner featuring items showcased during the battle and the following wines:

- Silver Oak
- Twomey
- The Wines of Agustin Huneeus featuring Quintessa, Faust and Primus

Iron Chef watching party - Sunday, February 24th 8 – 9 p.m. FREE However reservations are recommended.
Six course wine dinner and watching party – Monday, February 25th at 6:30 p.m.
$125 per person plus tax and 20% gratuity
