Cindy Bryson named Event Manager at TCID

THE WOODLANDS, Texas (January 27, 2003) -- Cindy Bryson has been named Event Manager for Town Center Improvement District in The Woodlands, Texas.

In this position, Ms. Bryson will oversee the production of special events including strategic corporate partnerships. Some of TCID’s events include The Red, Hot & Blue Festival celebrating America’s Independence, The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center and Lighting of the Doves. TCID is working on new events including a spectacular holiday lighting program. “We’re excited to have Cindy join Town Center Improvement District,” said Nick Wolda, vice president of marketing and public affairs for Town Center Improvement District. “With over 20 years of marketing experience, Ms. Bryson brings a wealth of information in special promotions, event planning and marketing.”

Prior to coming to the District, Ms. Bryson served as Marketing Manager for LJF Associates, Inc. In this role, her responsibilities were to find new business and increase revenue with existing clients.

Her community involvement is extensive, helping to raise sponsorship dollars and volunteering for non-profit causes including A.S.I.S. Scholarship Golf Tournament, Houston Police Department’s P.A.N.D.A. Charity Golf Tournament, Crimestoppers Charity Golf Tournament, and The Heartland Players Senior Mini-Tour, to name a few. She is on South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce Economic Outlook Conference Committee and a member of the South Montgomery County Lions Club.

Ms. Bryson and her husband Phil reside in The Woodlands have one daughter attending Arizona State University.
