WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK LEASES
ADDITIONAL SPACE IN THE WOODLANDS TOWN CENTER

| Woodforest National Bank has announced that it has leased space at 25 Waterway Avenue in The Woodlands Town Center for its private banking and financial services branches. Woodforest National Bank has leased 7,322 square feet at 25 Waterway Avenue, a new two-story Class A building in The Woodlands Town Center, according to Dan Leverett, vice president, commercial for The Woodlands Development Company. The building is located next to The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, facing Lake Robbins Drive.
Woodforest National Bank will have a Private Banking Branch lead by Judy Larson, senior vice president of private banking, on the lower level of the building. The top level will be occupied by Woodforest Financial Services, a Raymond James Company, lead by Tommy Williams and Janet Anna. Build-out is now underway and Woodforest expects to occupy the space by the end of September.
Other tenants in the 24,000-square-foot building include Baker Street Pub & Grill and Chocolata Cocoa Bar. The building wraps around the corner of Lake Robbins Drive and Waterway Avenue, just opposite the new 308,000-square-foot 24 Waterway Avenue building and Waterway Square, planned to open at the end of this year. 24 Waterway Avenue, 21 Waterway Avenue (opened in 2006) and 25 Waterway Avenue are all mixed-use buildings that incorporate both retail and office space on The Woodlands Waterway®.
