THE WOODLANDS MALL PRESENTS ELEGANT MENUS IN SUMMER COOKING CLASSES FROM WILLIAMS-SONOMA
THE WOODLANDS, Texas. June 1, 2006 ~ Elegant fare is on the menu for the summer cooking classes at Williams-Sonoma in The Woodlands Mall.
The class schedule for June and July includes:
- Monday, June 19 at 6:30 p.m.: Heirloom tomatoes appetizer; porterhouse steak with cabernet sauvignon sauce, mushrooms and risotto; and chocolate molten cake.
- Monday, June 26 at 6:30 p.m.: Roasted chick with herb goat cheese, coconut almond couscous, sautéed fennel and red onions; and fresh berries with mascarpone cheese.
- Monday, July 17 at 6:30 p.m.: Maple glazed salmon with tricolor farfalle and truffle oil; and crème brulee.
- Monday, July 24 at 6:30 p.m.: Pork tenderloin with apricot plum glaze, sautéed snow peas, baby carrots in a shallot butter sauce, smashed red potatoes with basil and parmesan; and fudge brownies with raspberry coulis.
