Peanut Butter & Jamm Comes to Market Street – The Woodlands

Morning Series for Kids and Parents Kicks off July 5

THE WOODLANDS, TX (June 10, 2008) – Market Street-The Woodlands presents Peanut Butter & Jamm, a month-long series of fun music and activities designed to encourage children ages 3-10 to become active and enthusiastic listeners through music, dance and games.

Peanut Butter & Jamm will take place in Market Street’s Central Park every Saturday in July from 10 am – 11:30 am beginning Saturday, July 5. During the performances, children also will enjoy kids cooking classes, arts and crafts, magic shows and more.

Since supplies required for these activities are limited, parents must register their children at the Market Street concierge desk or at its website, www.marketstreet-thewoodlands.com, in order to participate.  Parents also can register the day of the event, however since space is limited, early registration is recommended.  Peanut Butter & Jamm is free and open to the public; children must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) at all times during the activities.

Located across the street from The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, Market Street is bounded by Lake Woodlands Drive, Lake Robbins Drive, Grogan’s Mill Road and Six Pines Drive.  Market Street is a joint-venture development of Trademark Property Company and Kimco Developers, Inc., an affiliate of the real estate investment trust (REIT) Kimco Realty Corporation.
