Lamar Students Team Up with Tin Star Restaurant

Seven Lamar Elementary students had their "Quick Sketches" selected to be exhibited at the Grand Opening party of Tin Star Restaurant. The proud students, along with Lamar administrators, teachers, and parents attended this fun event. Celebrity judges selected the top three winners and each one was given a prize! Third place winner was Mikayla Ross, second place was Kylie Hutton, and the top winner was Jodabeni Dondeli. Tin Star Restaurant is Lamar Elementary's newest business partner. Tin Star Restaurant is a new "quick-casual" restaurant who opened their doors to the public on Saturday, March 12th. The children's art work will be on display for the next month.
