St. Louis, Missouri. March 18, 2003. Drury Hotels have been rated #1 in customer satisfaction for the fifth consecutive quarter among mid-priced hotels. The independent survey was conducted by Market Metrix Hotel Index and included over 30,000 travelers.
The Market Metrix Hotel Index is the largest and most in-depth independent measure of hotel performance based on guest evaluations. Each quarter 30,000 interviews are conducted with members of the National Consumer Opinion Panel about their recent hotel stays. The customer satisfaction score is the average score of 13 product and service questions, which include room cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and value for the price. The results provide evaluations from all 50 states for all major hotel brands, including all segments from luxury to economy (more than 133 hotel brands).
