Jennifer L. Bourne named Event Manager at TCID

THE WOODLANDS, Texas (May 31, 2005) – Jennifer L. Bourne has been named Event Manager for Town Center Improvement District.

She will be responsible for managing corporate partnerships and creative production elements of events and festivals in The Woodlands Town Center. Signature events include the annual Red, Hot & Blue Festival, The Ice Rink, Donoho’s Jewellers’ Winter Wonderland, Lighting of the Doves, and other events as developed.

Ms. Bourne joins TCID after working for Equicom Radio Broadcasting in Bryan/College Station where she excelled in the competitive field of radio sales. She was responsible for selling commercial air-time to local and regional businesses while coordinating broadcast events.

Ms. Bourne graduated with honors from Texas A&M University, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.  She graduated from The Woodlands High School where she played on the varsity soccer team and graduated No. 1 in her class.  Ms. Bourne worked in many positions at The Community Associations of The Woodlands during high school and college summers.
