Trademark Lands Top Talent For Key GM Posts At Market Street The Woodlands And Watters Creek At Montgomery Farm

Harold Dull named GM of Watters Creek; Jill Liccioni to Market Street-The Woodlands

Fort Worth-based Trademark Property Company today announced Jill Liccioni as general manager for its Houston-area Market Street-The Woodlands mixed-use development. Liccioni will replace current GM Harold Dull who was tapped for the same role at Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, a new Trademark property in Allen, Texas.

Liccioni first day at Market Street was November 12 and Dull is slated to take over at Watters Creek on December 10.

“We are pleased to be moving Harold Dull to our new Watters Creek development,” said Trademark CEO Terry Montesi. “This is an exciting, new mixed-use development that will benefit from his varied experience. He’s been a valuable member of our staff and it’s a good feeling when you can promote from within. At the same time, we are always on the lookout for new talent from the outside and wanted someone who had extensive market knowledge to fill The Woodlands spot. We were fortunate to bring Jill Liccioni on board; she’ll be a great asset to the Trademark team.”

Dull has served as general manager of the mixed-use Market Street-The Woodlands since joining Trademark in 2004. He previously held management positions with Steiner + Associates, including general manager of Easton Town Center, a 1.5 million square-foot ICSC benchmark center in Columbus, Ohio. He also helped to redevelop two regional malls for Divaris Real Estate, and was a regional manager for the Edward J. Debartolo Corporation, responsible for the operations and marketing of 10 regional malls with GLA in excess of 10 million square feet. Dull is a member of the ICSC and holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager designation. He attended New York University.

Liccioni brings with her more than 20 years of experience in field-based mall management. Prior to her new position with Trademark, she spent 20 years with General Growth Properties, Inc., most recently as senior general manager of The Woodlands Mall since 1998. In addition to another lengthy GM assignment in the Houston area, Liccioni also once served as a marketing manager under GGP. She started her career as a PR coordinator for Lincoln Property Company. She holds Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Marketing Director designations from ICSC and received her B.S. degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.

Market Street-The Woodlands and Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm are two of Trademark’s high-profile mixed-use developments in Texas. The company is currently the most active mixed-use developer in the state with over $1 billion worth of mixed-use projects.

The 1.15 million square-foot mixed-use Watters Creek, located along a half-mile stretch of US Hwy 75 (Central Expressway) at Bethany Drive in Allen, has more than 45 signed tenants. New lease executions include Sephora, Vera Bradley, Chico’s, White House | Black Market, Swoozies, Sunglass Hut, Starbucks and Cru. These new additions join a growing list of top national and regional specialty retailers including Market Street gourmet grocer, Borders, Ann Taylor Loft, Jos. A. Bank, Eddie Bauer, Origins, Francesca’s and Village Jewelers. Watters Creek is scheduled to open in spring 2008.

Market Street-The Woodlands, a 500,000-square-foot project which opened in 2004, continues to be one of the Houston area’s top retail destinations. The 34-acre Main Street-style mixed-use development is located in the heart of the Town Center with more than 70 tenants, including HEB Woodlands Market, J. Jill, Bath & Body Works, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Eddie Bauer, Sur La Table, J Crew, Smith and Hawken, Sharper Image, Z-Gallerie, Merrill Lynch and Cinemark. A 70-room, four-story boutique hotel to be vertically situated atop 25,000 square feet of additional retail space is planned for spring 2009.
