Brian Pate promoted to Vice President of Finance & Administration
THE WOODLANDS, Texas (October 10, 2003) - Brian Pate has been promoted to Vice President of Finance & Administration for Town Center Improvement District (TCID) in The Woodlands.
Mr. Pate joined TCID in March and successfully passed his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam this year. Mr. Pate is responsible for all financial applications of TCID including revenue projection, cash flow analysis, financial reporting, investment policies and compliance with governmental accounting standards.
"Mr. Pate is a key asset to Town Center Improvement District," said Frank W. Robinson, President of TCID. "His expertise in financial applications and knowledge of governmental accounting benefit the mission and vision of TCID."
Prior to TCID, Mr. Pate worked for Ernst & Young LLP, where he held the title of Senior Auditor. At Ernst & Young, Mr. Pate provided assurance and advisory services for two Fortune 1000 multi-national companies. His responsibilities included reviews of various SEC filings and private offerings. He effectively and efficiently managed six to eight clients simultaneously with a staff of eight individuals.
Mr. Pate is an honors graduate of Sam Houston State University, earning his Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in 1999.
