Cowboys & Cavaliers Event – A Night with Alan Jackson

The Woodlands College Park High School PTA is hosting a pre-concert fundraiser prior to the Saturday, Sept. 17, Alan Jackson concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.  Pull on your cowboy boots, grab your partner, and come enjoy this fabulous event.  VIP entrance gates open at 5:30 p. m.  Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. in The Pavilion’s air-conditioned Event Tent.  A total of 300 reserved seating concert tickets have been acquired as a fundraising benefit for the new high school.

Jackson is a three-time winner of the Country Music Association’s Entertainer-of-the-Year.  The superstar has sold more than 40 million albums and scored more than 30 No. 1 singles.  Some of his signature songs include "Gone Country", “Remember When”,Monday Morning Church”, and "Where Were You (When the World Stopped Turning)", a poignant attempt to make sense of the aftermath of September 11.  Warming up the crowd for his Sept. 17, show will be the Wrights, a husband and wife duo who recently released their debut single, “Down This Road”.  Also joining the Jackson entourage is Sara Evans, who won the Country Music Association’s Video of the Year award for her video, “Born to Fly”.  Evans was named in 2005 as one of People Magazine’s 50 Most Beautiful People.

All event ticket packages include VIP entrance, dinner, silent action, and reserved concert seating.  Parking passes are available for $20/car.  Uncovered reserved seating for the concert is $125/person.  Covered reserved seating for the concert is $200/person and includes one complimentary parking pass for each pair of tickets sold. Sponsor Tables are available for $2,000 and include sponsor recognition and ten event ticket packages for reserved covered seating.  The evening’s dinner will feature upscale Texas fare, including Smoked Brisket, Herbed Grilled Boneless Chicken, and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Stuffed with Jalapenos & Jack Cheese.

Ticket order forms are available at the new high school office, located on S.H. 242, west of I.H. 45, or by calling (281) 364-7355 or email bfrantes@sbcglobal.net.  Payment may be made by check, cash or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).  Tickets are limited.  The Woodlands College Park High School P.T.A. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization
