The Chamber's First Annual Health Fair at Market Street!
A new Community Partnership is coordinating its First Annual Health Fair on Saturday, November 3 rd , from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Market Street. The South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the American Heart Association's Heart Walk and Market Street to present Health Education Day in The Woodlands.
The purpose of this Health Fair is to raise awareness within The Woodlands community about available health providers and services and also to provide an opportunity to gather the latest information about health and preventative care programs .
The Chamber's Health Fair will feature information about healthy lifestyles as well as health screenings. There will be no charge for admission to the Fair, and it will be open to the public.
Approximately 60 area organizations will be present. Opportunities for participants will include area hospitals, physician offices, health agencies, preventative care centers, and health support services.
