TIMBERLOCH PLACE/SIX PINES DRIVE INTERSECTION TO BE CLOSED
The intersection at Timberloch Place and Six Pines Drive in The Woodlands Town Center will be closed for approximately 52 days for the installation of ornamental pavers in the roadway, according to Alex Sutton, president of The Woodlands Development Company.
Two lanes of Six Pines Drive will remain open during the closure at Timberloch Place to facilitate traffic flow. Construction is expected to begin on Monday, October 2 and be completed before Thanksgiving on Wednesday, November 22. Barricades will be erected in the area prior to the start of construction.
The Woodlands is a 28,000-acre master-planned community located 27 miles north of downtown Houston. It is a project of The Woodlands Development Company, a limited partnership of Morgan Stanley and General Growth Properties, Inc.
