2012 Meetings
The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau Board of Directors meets the first Wednesday of every other month with the exception of the January 18, 2012 (held on the third Wednesday) and the July Annual Meeting (held on the second Tuesday according to TWCVB by-laws). All meetings will begin at 11:30 a.m. with the exception of the January 18 meeting which will be held at 8:30 a.m.
The Board Meetings are held at The Woodlands Township Town Hall, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd, The Woodlands, Texas 77381.

2011 Meetings
