Live music, festivals, holiday fireworks and more make The Woodlands one of the more popular weekend getaways in Texas.  Those visiting The Woodlands for weekend family getaways or simply for fun things to do in Houston can choose from a variety of activities.  Come to a concert under the stars at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, board a cruiser along The Woodlands Waterway®, enjoy live music, visit our festivals or kayak on the Waterway.  When it comes things to do around Houston, The Woodlands certainly is at the top of the list.
