Due to the highest probability by the National Weather Service reports calling for up to 60 mph winds, inch size hail and possible tornadoes, the 32nd Annual Lighting of the Doves and 8th Annual International Winter on The Waterway (iWOW) has been postponed from Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Town Green Park and The Woodlands Waterway to Sunday, November 23, 2014. The event will begin at 5 p.m. and Santa is expected to arrive at his customary time around 7 p.m.

This Festival is in conjunction with the 32nd Annual Lighting of the
Doves and provides attendees an opportunity to learn about countries
and their unique holiday traditions. From foods, arts & crafts, to music
and entertainment, iWOW will add an international flavor to your holiday
celebrations in The Woodlands, Texas.
This event is free and open to the public.
If you are looking to give back during the holidays, you can do so by bringing a toy to the 32nd Annual Lighting of the Doves and 8th Annual iWOW Festivals on Saturday, November 22, 2014. Presented by Talisman Energy, the Holiday Toy Drive benefitting Interfaith of The Woodlands will continue after the Festivals through December 24, 2014 where participants can drop off donated toys at the Central Fire Station in The Woodlands. Guests who bring an unwrapped, $10 toy to the Town Center Parking Garage can park for free at the Festivals. Toys can also be dropped off at the Talisman Energy/Interfaith Booth during the events.
Also presented by Talisman Energy, Santa’s magnificent entrance at Lighting of the Doves will take place shortly after 7 p.m. at the Celebration Stage. You don’t want to miss this magical moment!
