Celebrate America at the
 16th Annual Red, Hot & Blue Festival & Fireworks Extravaganza 
in The Woodlands, Texas! 

The Festival, produced by The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau, is FREE and open to the public. The Red, Hot & Blue Festival will be held at 2 locations – Town Green Park and Waterway Square – on Thursday, July 4, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The Festival will feature:
- Live music
- FIREWORKS 
- Face painting
- Strolling performers
- Games
- Inflatables
- Children's activities
- Hot dog and watermelon eating contests
- Vendor booths
- Concessions
- Ellis & Ellis Photo Contest

NEW FOR 2013 - ADDITIONAL FIREWORKS LOCATION AT WATERWAY SQUARE!

 

 

As one of the largest fireworks displays in the greater Houston area, the Red, Hot & Blue Fireworks Extravaganza, presented by BBVA Compass, will be a 20-minute show simulcast on Sunny 99.1, Houston's #1 Radio Station. The Fireworks will be shot from the east side of Timberloch Place, as well as from the Waterway Plaza Parking Garage adjacent to Waterway Square. Best fireworks viewing location is at Waterway Square and along The Woodlands Waterway.



 

ALL 4TH OF JULY RELATED ACTIVITIES ARE RAIN OR SHINE.
THE ACTIVITIES WILL ONLY BE CANCELLED IF PARTICIPANTS', SPECTATORS'
AND/OR VOLUNTEERS' SAFETY IS IMPACTED.

About Other Fourth of July Events

Celebrate America's Independence in The Woodlands with an entire schedule full of events beginning Wednesday, July 3 through Thursday, July 4, 2013.

On Wednesday, July 3, 2013, enjoy a variety of patriotic favorites under the stars at the Houston Symphony's Star Spangled Salute, a free concert held at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Concert begins at 8 p.m.

On Thursday, July 4, 2013, wear your red, white and blue and enjoy the traditional Fourth of July Parade held at Market Street. Parade begins at 9 a.m.

Then cool off at one of the 13 community pools in The Woodlands for Splash Day from Noon to 4 p.m. Families can enjoy the hot mid-summer day and have fun. Also, enjoy the Things That Go Bike Parade at Northshore Park at 4:30 p.m. and close the evening with Concert in the Park at 5:30 p.m.
